J-1

AU PAIR, TRAINEE AND INTERNSHIP VISA.

The J1 visa is suitable for qualified professionals who seek to transform their lives by living in the United States and acting as Trainees or interns in their respective areas, or providing Au Pair services.

EB-1

PERMANENT VISA FOR PEOPLE WITH EXTRAORDINARY SKILLS

The EB1 visa is intended for people who want to obtain the Green Card directly, and who have some kind of special skill or great contributions to society, such as doctors, lawyers, scientists and also athletes, artists, researchers or people with very important work in their respective professional areas, who have been working in the United States for at least 1 year.

The EB3 visa is intended for foreign employees of companies wishing to work in the United States. The Green Card is awarded to those employees who act as qualified professionals and fill vacancies when US professionals become unavailable.

F-1

Student Visa

The F1 visa is a temporary visa and is intended for students who want to live in the United States to learn the language or study at an American institution. This visa can only be issued to students accepted or enrolled at an institution in the United States.

L-1

Visa for Supervisors and Directors

The L-1 visa is granted to executives, persons in management positions or specialized professionals from foreign companies who can be transferred to an affiliated company in the United States.

EB-5

Investor Visa

The EB-5 visa is intended for foreigners who invest in a company in the United States, such as immigrant investors, and is administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service agency.
